Ayat Return Policy
We want you to feel magnificent. Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
The deadline is 30 days from when you or a designated recipient receives the luxury package. We take pride in ensuring every festive ensemble arrives in perfect condition across Pakistan.
To exercise your right, please inform our concierge team with a clear written statement of your request.

Reimbursement occurs within 30 days of receiving the items. We use your original payment method, and no extra fees are applied for this refund process for our valued clientele.
Return Eligibility:
To ensure your return is accepted, please confirm the following criteria:
Items purchased within the last 30 days
Garments remain in original branded packaging
Excluded Items:
Custom-tailored suits or personalized festive ensembles crafted to your measurements.
Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, or makeup marks common during South Asian festive trials.
Jewelry or delicate accessories unsealed after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.
Garments altered by external tailors or damaged by the customer after receipt.
We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not adhere to these quality standards at our boutique's discretion.
Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please dispatch items to our studio address:

We recommend tracked shipping as we aren't liable for transit damage. Refunds require receipt of goods or official proof of delivery to our South Asian / Pakistani headquarters.
Gifts
Gift recipients receive store credit for the value of the returned ensemble once received at our studio. A digital gift certificate will be sent to your registered email address.
For unmarked gifts, the refund is issued to the original purchaser's account through which the festive costume was bought.
